2. User Accounts and Verification
- Accuracy: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Professional Accounts: Agents and Developers must possess valid, active RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) registrations where applicable by state law.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Property Listings & Content Guidelines
As a user posting properties or projects, you agree to the following:
- You must have the legal right or explicit authorization to list the property for sale, rent, or lease.
- Listings must not contain false, misleading, or deceptive information.
- PropertyAura reserves the right to flag, suspend, or remove any listing reported for inaccuracies or policy violations without prior notice.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using automated scripts, spiders, or scrapers to harvest property data or user contact information from the platform.
- Attempting to bypass our CAPTCHA and lead generation security measures.
- Posting discriminatory content or engaging in illegal real estate practices.
5. Subscription & Payment Terms
PropertyAura offers paid subscription packages and developer addons. All transactions are final. Subscription approvals are subject to administrative review. If a transaction is rejected, refunds will be processed according to the specific payment gateway's standard timelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
PropertyAura acts solely as a technological platform connecting buyers, sellers, and agents. We do not broker real estate transactions. We are not liable for any disputes, financial losses, or damages arising from interactions, negotiations, or agreements made between users facilitated by this platform.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
